1) FIND AND SET YOUR PERFECT GOAL
Search our database of worldwide races and events or set a personal goal. Your goal could be 5k, 10k, half or full marathon. Our Adaptive Coaching will prepare you for a goal 4 to 22 weeks into the future.

2) CREATE A PLAN THAT FLEXES WITH YOUR LIFE
Tell In Your Stride a little about yourself; your current fitness level and how often you can train, then we’ll guide you towards an achievable target time for your goal.

Our plans have a variety of session types from foundation building long runs to interval based speed sessions. They are designed to help you progress faster whilst staying focused and motivated.

Can’t train on your usual day? You can drag and drop sessions week by week to fit your busy schedule. Easy!

3) YOUR PLAN ADAPTS WITH YOU
Our clever app adapts to your pacing and activity levels. No more running the risk of injury whilst playing catch-up with a fixed regime. If you are forced to take a break from training - holiday, illness or injury, we will get you back on track.

Our training plans are very simple to use, broken down week by week. But behind the scenes there are 3,500 sessions, 200 datasets and 100 algorithms working hard for you.

4) TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
A simple dashboard lets you know how youre doing, whats ahead and lets you access your run history, all linked to your training plan.

Record your distance, pace, elevation, time, calories and performance data in real-time using the latest GPS and accelerometer technology. You can also add data from other GPS devices into your plan. In-ear voice feedback updates you on your performance as you run.
